Vaccination status: Members and guests will be required to follow CDC recommendations to be up to date with the 2-dose vaccine series (Pfizer or Moderna) or 1-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson) PLUS one booster. We strongly encourage everyone to get the most recently available booster dose if they are able. Each member will send a copy of documentation of vaccine data to the Vice President or present the documentation upon entry to a meeting or event.
Masks are optional at all meetings. Guild members can still protect themselves by wearing a mask, as it provides protection even when no one else wears one. Thank you for respecting your fellow member’s or guest’s choice to continue to wear a mask. Also, please respect your meeting host’s request to wear masks when meeting in a private residence. You may bring a beverage in a personal covered container. Potlucks and beverage service are not permitted.
The guild will follow all measures which are mandated by health authorities and follow the “house rules” implemented by venue operators.
Also, please stay home from meetings if you don’t feel well or you have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 5 days.
